§ 1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the AeroSpace Consulting Group website and the general conditions of our consulting services. By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  2. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. A formal client relationship is only established upon the signing of a specific engagement agreement.
  3. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
  4. These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Platform – Refers to the website located at aerospaceconsulting.fr and all associated subdomains and content.
  • User – Any individual or entity accessing the Platform or engaging with the company for informational or professional purposes.
  • Account – A secure, private portal created by a client for accessing project-specific information and communication tools.
  • Services – Refers to all consulting, advisory, and analytical work provided by AeroSpace Consulting Group to its clients.
  • Regulations – Refers to these Terms of Service, which constitute the binding agreement between the User and the company.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services Provided

  1. AeroSpace Consulting Group provides strategic, technical, and financial consulting services tailored to the aerospace and aviation industries. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are detailed in a separate, mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter.
  2. All advice, reports, and deliverables are provided for the client's internal use only and may not be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent. The client retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property.
  3. Our services are advisory in nature. The ultimate responsibility for all business decisions and their implementation rests solely with the client. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as securing funding or market success.
  4. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement if we believe it presents a conflict of interest or is not aligned with our professional ethics and expertise.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

  1. Access to the Platform and Client Account requires a modern web browser and a stable internet connection. The User is responsible for ensuring their technical setup is compatible with our systems.
  2. Users with a Client Account are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity under a User's account is their sole responsibility.
  3. Users must not misuse the Platform by introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious material, nor attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

§ 5. Rights and Obligations of the User

  1. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services or using our contact forms. The client is obligated to provide all necessary information and access required for us to perform the agreed-upon Services.
  2. The User agrees not to use any information or content from the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the reputation of AeroSpace Consulting Group.
  3. The client is obligated to make timely payments for services rendered, as stipulated in the engagement agreement. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of services and accrual of interest on the outstanding balance, in accordance with French law.
  4. All intellectual property on the Platform, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by AeroSpace Consulting Group and protected by copyright law. It may not be reproduced without permission.
  5. Feedback and information provided by the client will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose sensitive client information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

§ 6. Final Provisions

  1. If any provision of these Regulations is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Regulations will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
  2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Regulations will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
  3. Any notices or other communications provided by us under these Regulations will be given via email or by posting on the Platform.
